Job Responsibility Should have Understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry. Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries emails. Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds/re-booking of tickets. Handling airlines ticket booking mails from both internal & external customers. Handling cases (Query / Request / Complaint / Appreciations). Dealing with various internal departments/ airlines. Making recommendations according to customer need and complaints. Provide professional and timely response and advice on travel inquiries on business and holiday packages to major destinations worldwide. Build Sales Lead, Prepare Sales Quotation and Sales Closing. Proficiency to handle reservation, offer best available contract or corporate rates for business bookings including Flight, Hotel, Accommodation, Transfers, Car Rental, etc Willing to learn and adopt the usage of inhouse technology platform Handle visa applications and purchase of travel insurance by clients Handling Series, non-series, ad-hoc booking including but not limited to making booking, filing PNR to Q to HDQ for confirmation, insert names in group, name change, correction, split, route change, monitor group change, send prints of confirmed PNR. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent Minimum of two (02) years of experience in travel and tour-related industry Proficient in GDS (Global Distribution System) preferably in Amadeus Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written). Possess a pleasant personality and soft skills. Any previous experience in managing corporate accounts is an advantage.
