Advertising Coordinator

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels. This role involves coordinating schedules, liaising with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



- Assist in the planning and implementation of advertising campaigns (digital, social media, etc.)

- Ensure deadlines are met for creative development and media submissions.

- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure advertisements align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

- Support market research and competitive analysis to inform advertising strategies.

- Organize promotional events or trade shows, as needed.

- Keep detailed records of advertising schedules and campaign performance.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or media coordination.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Familiarity with advertising.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:



- Has experience and knowledge in advertising.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
