Account Manager covering the industries of Financial Services & Insurance to be based in Bangsar South. This role will be reporting to the Head of Advertising & Partnerships. On this specific role the candidate will work closely with Banks, fintech, payment providers, card schemes, insurance & investment companies and e-wallets to drive growth and value for both of us through the increase of New Customers, number of transactions, transaction value and overall market share growth through advertising campaigns and sale of foodpanda vouchers to incentivize increased transactions. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage a portfolio of accounts within the financial and insurance services sector (Banks, Card Schemes, Investment & Insurance Companies, fintech, payments, e-wallets ). Identify ways in which we can elevate partnerships and the revenue generated by each account, including expanding areas of collaboration via new products, solutions or initiatives. Move from ad-hoc campaigns to quarterly/yearly marketing sales plan with an investment commitment. Ability to work with various stakeholders from different departments within the company to plan and execute partnership campaigns Breakdown key data points from dashboards to build a business case to support sales and end of campaign reports (SQL skills is a plus) Work closely together with the BI, Campaign Management and Business Development teams and provide valuable insights on potential new partners and campaign optimization recommendations for upcoming campaigns. Coach and guide junior team members and be responsible for the planning, performance and revenue growth of these industries within the company. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of experience working in or with financial services institutions, in roles involved in marketing, card usage/acquisition, or advertising sales. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce/payment platforms would be a plus. Proven track record in account management roles showing growth of accounts and meeting targets. Basic knowledge of digital marketing solutions & advertising. Experience managing a small team of direct reports is highly valued. Key Competencies Comfortable working with monthly revenue targets. Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales & building client relationships, translating product value to clients Excellent in identifying business opportunities and problem-solving Good stakeholder management and communication skills Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
