Responsibilities: The Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in our Proptech Marketplace company, responsible for prospecting Property Developer clients or advertisers and selling digital inventories. The primary objective is to offer clients a comprehensive marketing solution. This position requires exceptional sales skills, relationship building capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth. 1. Prospect for New Clients and Manage Current Accounts: Initiate and conduct sales calls to identify and develop new clients and opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with top property developers to establish a trusted partnership. Maintain regular communication with current accounts to foster long-term client satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to advertisers by keeping them informed of the latest advertising and marketing solution opportunities. Exhibit creativity and innovation in expanding the client base and exploring new avenues for growth. 2. Sales: Utilize Account-based Marketing and Selling techniques to effectively engage prospects and close sales. Employ Account Mapping methodologies to develop robust pipelines and ensure accurate sales forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis. Focus on selling digital inventories, branded content, events, and sponsorships to drive revenue. Achieve monthly sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations. Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to define a clear and prioritized list of prospects. Consistently engage in sales activities for prospecting and upselling. Familiar with Salesforce 3. Financial KPIs Aim to achieve 100% of individual target and contribute the team overall sales target Work closely with Finance to ensure timely payment from clients Requirements: 1. Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline, Marketing, or related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Sales or Media-related field. 2. Sales Skills: Proven experience in an outbound sales environment, field sales, and/or face-to-face selling. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and articulate complex ideas. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and a Chinese dialect (Mandarin/Cantonese) for seamless communication with clients.
