In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth at Newswav. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring their campaigns\' success and satisfaction - Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, including identifying potential new business opportunities to expand the client base - Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals - Generate proposals and presentations that showcase our advertising solutions and value proposition - Manage a sales pipeline, and regularly forecasting and reporting to senior leadership - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and insights to anticipate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales campaign proposals - Manage junior sales account executive(s) and coach them to meet and exceed sales targets Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in advertising sales and account management Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including trends and competitors Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and products such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in media, publishing, or advertising agencies is a plus Only for Malaysians.
