Job Description

Responsibilities: 1) Managing the operation of the clinic and therapists 2) Meeting monthly targets set by the Management
3) Provide administrative support such as liaising with customers on appointments scheduling, maintaining accuracy in customers\xe2\x80\x99 treatment logs, ensure inventories are sufficiently maintained and any other administrative or clinical works assigned by Management
4) Deliver excellent customer care and follow up services
5) Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention 6) Answering customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries via social media or whatsapp Requirement: 1) Candidate must possess at least secondary school/SPM 2) Experience in managing aesthetic clinic 4) Willing to work on weekends 5) Well-groomed individuals with pleasant personality and a team player 6) Service-oriented and customer-oriented with self-motivation Benefits: 1) Basic salary (depending on experience) 2) Commission 3) Performance bonus 4) Allowances 5) EPF + Socso + EIS 6) Annual & Medical leave + birthday leave 7) Opportunity for aesthetic treatments 8) Uniforms provided 9) Company dinner 10) Attending courses or training Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

• STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

• Clinical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
