Job Description

1. Sales Process Management



Take full responsibility for driving the entire sales process, including client acquisition, consultation, proposal development, contract signing, and after-sales follow-up. Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their aesthetic goals, lifestyle, and budget, ensuring personalized recommendations. Accurately prepare and present quotations, treatment plans, and contracts that align with each client's specific needs. Promptly update and maintain the CRM system, including client profiles, treatment records, consultation notes, sales progress, and follow-up plans to ensure accurate and complete documentation. Collaborate closely with sales specialists, therapists, doctors, and clinical teams to ensure treatment plans meet both client expectations and clinical feasibility. Monitor individual and team sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

2. Client Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contact for clients across all communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries with sincerity and expertise to build trust and make clients feel valued. Review client history and goals before consultations; follow up after consultations to ensure client understanding, satisfaction, and retention. Build long-term trust-based relationships with clients by actively listening to and addressing their concerns and aesthetic goals. Handle client appointments, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations to ensure a smooth service flow. Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality, enhance client loyalty, and strengthen brand reputation.

3. Exceptional Customer Service



Provide outstanding care and support before, during, and after treatments to ensure a comfortable, transparent, and reassuring client experience. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating when necessary. Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product usage to help them achieve the best results. Proactively introduce promotions, new treatments, product launches, and package plans aligned with client needs. Strictly protect client privacy and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and trust.

4. Administrative & Operational Support



Maintain accurate and organized sales documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and treatment plans. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of skincare products, equipment, and consumables. Prepare consultation materials, treatment visuals, and product information to enhance client experience. Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, client engagement, and festive events to ensure smooth execution. Continuously update knowledge of products, treatments, technology, and industry trends to strengthen professional credibility.

5. Team Collaboration



Act as a bridge between the sales, operations, and clinical teams to deliver a consistent and seamless client experience. Actively participate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training to stay aligned with company goals. Assist in planning and executing client engagement events such as VIP appreciation dinners, product launches, workshops, online webinars, and live demonstrations. Work with the marketing team to share client preferences, market trends, and popular treatment insights to refine promotional strategies.

6. Professional Development & Industry Expertise



Continuously expand knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and technological innovations to provide clients with expert and up-to-date advice. Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional certification courses to enhance product knowledge, consultation skills, and sales capabilities. Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and client safety.
