Job Description
- Possessing CIBTAC, CIDESCO, SKM, or other beauty-related certifications is an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and the ability to assist in medical procedures.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred to effectively liaise with counterparts and clients.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Convert inquiries and consultations into sales for aesthetic services and products.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to assess satisfaction, address questions, and encourage return visits.
- Solve patient problems effectively and courteously, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist doctors in aesthetic procedures, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest treatments and products in order to provide the best recommendations to patients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
