We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Affiliate Marketing Executive
to manage and scale our dynamic affiliate program, with a strong focus on recruitment, performance tracking, and relationship management. This role is crucial for driving significant revenue growth and expanding our brand's reach through content creators and publishing partners, especially within social media platforms like TikTok and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities (Simplified and Shortened)
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the affiliate program, from partner acquisition to performance optimization.
1. Affiliate Recruitment & Network Growth
a)
Mass & Quality Recruitment:
Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard a high volume of new affiliates including creators, super affiliates, and relevant content partners (e.g., MCNs/TAP).
b)
Sourcing Strategy:
Utilize various channels (social media, platforms, networking) and execution methods (Open and Target collaboration approaches) to find and vet creators for brand relevancy.
c)
Onboarding:
Manage the entire setup process, including initial communication, affiliate code distribution, and coordinating sample requests.
2. Affiliate Activation & Relationship Management
a)
Drive Activation:
Motivate new and existing affiliates to start and sustain promotional activities, ensuring a high percentage of key partners are actively generating sales.
b)
Support & Consultation:
Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing daily consultation and prompt replies across all communication channels (Chat, WhatsApp).

Content Generation:
Monitor and encourage affiliates to produce high-quality promotional content, specifically tracking the completion of
videos
and
Live Streams
.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
a)
Sales & Revenue:
Focus on driving significant revenue through the affiliate channel, meeting monthly sales targets and cultivating top-tier affiliates who consistently meet high sales goals.
b)
Program Efficiency:
Continuously track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics, particularly
ROI
and
CPA
to ensure program profitability.
c)
Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation and tracking logs for recruitment, samples, training, and overall results to generate actionable insights and data-driven proposals for expansion.
4. Training, Hype & Compliance
a)
Training Execution:
Plan, arrange, announce, and conduct a
monthly online training session
for affiliates to improve their skills and program performance, focusing on achieving a solid attendance rate.
b)
Benefits Management:
Clearly communicate, hype, track, and execute all affiliate incentives and benefits to maintain high engagement and loyalty.
c)
Compliance:
Ensure 100% adherence to all platform rules, regulations (e.g., TikTok Rules), and program terms to protect brand integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) in Affiliate Marketing, Partner Management, or Digital Sales, especially within an e-commerce or social commerce environment.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, Conversion Rate).
Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and data-driven with the ability to manage a high volume of relationships and tasks concurrently.
Experience with creator recruitment and activation on social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) is a significant advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
