After Hours (AH) Rostering Coordinator a) Normal AH tasks of customer support coordination of telephone and emails enquires plus any additional tasks as required or directed by the Company. Service times are provisional and subject to change to meets the needs of the Company. b) Provide data entry and electronic communication services to the highest standard. c) Receive and respond to all communications in a professional and timely manner. d) Jointly manage with the Operations Manager, requests for leave (holiday, medical and etc.) from support workers. e) A performance review will be conducted monthly, by a nominated representative of the Company. Feedback from the performance review will be provided to the Service Provider for comment and action (if applicable). *Fresh Grad are welcomes. Fluent in English because we are dealing with overseas clients. Job Type: Contract
