Provide professional support to customers after the sale of vehicles.
Schedule and manage service appointments, repairs, and maintenance requests.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Coordinate with service, parts, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Process warranty claims and ensure timely completion of service orders.
Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in the company database.
Handle customer complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
Promote additional services, maintenance packages, or accessories when appropriate.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service quality metrics.
Support marketing or retention programs such as loyalty or referral campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Business or Marketing field, Automotive Technology, or related field.
Minimum of
1-2 years' experience
in customer service, preferably in the
automotive industry
.
Strong interest in learning about
Electric Vehicles (EV)
or experience in handling EV cars sales is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, warranties, and after-sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
A positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
Valid driver's license preferred.
