Job Description

: Aftermarket Supplier Development Manager (Airbus Commercial Customer Services Operations).
The Supplier Development Manager is responsible to execute missions for Airbus Customer Services supply chain and quality teams, providing the proximity, reactivity, presence and industrial expertise needed to drive development of Aftermarket suppliers in Asia Pacific, with a particular focus on Maintenance Suppliers (MROs).

• Supplier Surveillance activities: Represent Aftermarket Suppliers Quality & Supply-Chain teams in the region. The responsibilities includes support to the MROs Quality responsible (QR), organization & driving of regular performance reviews, monitoring of MROs action plans (resulting from Suppliers Event, Assessments, Supplier Control Reviews\xe2\x80\xa6).

• Supplier Development activities: Accountable to execute missions & projects with the objective of improving aftermarket suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 performances on Quality, Cost & Deliveries. In particular, Support the development of new MROs in APAC region (incl. China) for the different Airbus Customer

Services programmes (Aircraft Lifecycle, FHS and Pax-to-Freighter conversion)

• Supplier Assessments: For the different scopes Aircraft, Engine and Component Maintenance (MROs activities), perform/support Customer Fleet Services Assessments (CFSA) at MROs sites..
• Other Responsibilities: By being a senior expert in Supply Chain Quality, manage operational topics (recovery/mitigation plan, TOW\xe2\x80\xa6) on aftermarket suppliers site.

Education: Bachelor degree in Technical ( Preferred) or Business Experience: More than 8 years industrial experience in Aeronautics, Space, Defence, Automotive and/or other relevant industries. Aircraft Maintenance activities, supply chain management, Lean, Six Sigma, Quality management, Quality problem solving are required.
Manufacturing process knowledge and Project Management experiences are appreciated. Must have Assessor/Auditor experience. Must have knowledge of P145/Part M regulation as well as EN9110 standard Skills: - Strong operational management skills, in particular in Supply Chain & Quality- incl. "Supply chain management/Lean/6 Sigma". Knowledge to efficiently manage supply chain related activities.

• Experience on MRO activities, supply chain management, Lean, Six Sigma, Quality management, Quality problem solving

Manufacturing process & Project Management will add additional advantage.

• Leadership and coaching skills to guarantee supplier engagement and development.
• Communication and language skills enabling to act internationally and at all levels of the organizations.
