  • Candidate must be Degree and above
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic Competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, good attitude and willing to accept new knowledge learning and exploration.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
Tanggungjawab
  • One-stop solution to the needs of corporate customers (including product APP use and console use), providing corporate customers with a full set of consulting and after-sales service.
  • Must be proficient in the company\'s products and blockchain-related application knowledge.
  • Share information with colleagues or supervisors to accumulate knowledge and provide basis for process improvement.
  • Provide complete and accurate solutions and information for corporate customers, solve customer problems, and provide high-quality services.
  • Respond on time to the needs and opinions provided by corporate customers through calls and emails, and record and report.
  • Accept corporate customer consultation, record customer consultation and complaint content, and give customer feedback according to the corresponding process.
