Gombak, KL (Nearby KL Traders Square)

Job Type:

Full-Time

Salary Range:

RM 3,000 - RM4,000 (Salary adjusted based on experience)

What You'll Do



Lead & Motivate:

Manage the service team, set performance goals, and inspire everyone to deliver quality results.

Customer Experience:

Ensure every customer receives excellent service, handle feedback proactively, and build long-term relationships.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily service operations, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve efficiency and workflow.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop technicians and service advisors to reach their full potential.

Performance & Profitability:

Manage service revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, speed, and customer convenience.

Compliance & Quality:

Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards across all service activities.

Market Awareness:

Stay up to date with industry trends and apply innovative ideas to boost competitiveness.

What We're Looking For



Experience:

Minimum 8 years in automotive aftersales/service operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Leadership Flair:

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing service teams.

Customer-Focused:

Strong track record in customer satisfaction and loyalty-building.

Communication:

Fluent in English & Malay (Mandarin is a plus).

Analytical & Business Mindset:

Able to analyze service data, optimize processes, and drive profitability.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital service management tools.

Automotive Passion:

You understand service center operations and love improving service standards.
