Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Below are the responsibilities (but not limited to below):
Leading, coaching and closely monitor the performance of Agents/Team under your portfolio
Build and promote strong relationships with Agents under your portfolio and also with the investors of the company
Responsible for driving business growth under your portfolio
Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Work closely with the Operations & Compliance department on administrative matters
Preparing monthly performance reports and business projections
Able to perform Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by the management
