About The Role Responsible to plan and strategize agency business development initiatives to support the Agency Business Development team (Petaling Jaya and East Coast) to achieve the corporate objective and desired result. Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategize the positioning of key strategic initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region\'s production targets. Identify insights/ trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key strategic initiatives. Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or acquire on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc Familiar and be a product specialist for key products e.g. Takaful, General Insurance, Private Retirement Scheme, and Mortgage, while collaborate with Agency Performance team to drive cross-selling in support of Total Health Solution & Total Wealth Solution strategy. Handle day-to-day agency BAU activities e.g. end-to-end coordination of agency recruitment, embedding digital tools, etc.). Job Requirements Education: Tertiary education in any field of studies. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, ideally in a high-growth business and fast-paced environment. Other Skills Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral). Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills.
