WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
To plan and strategize agency business development initiatives to support the Agency Business Development team to achieve the corporate objective and desired result

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategise the positioning of key strategic initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region\xe2\x80\x99s production targets
• Identify insights / trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key strategic initiatives
• Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or obtain on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc
• Product specialist / subject matter expert for key products e.g. Takaful, GI and PRS/Mortgage and partner with Agency Performance team to drive cross selling in support of THS / TWS strategy
• Manage day-to-day agency BAU activities e.g. end-to-end coordination of Elite recruitment, embedment of digital tools etc)

• Minimum 4 or more years of relevant working experience in marketing, ideally in a high growth business environment
• Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral)
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
