Responsibilities
1. To market and promote a wide range of Bancassurance life insurance products to the Bank's existing and potential customers.
2. To provide professional advice on financial products based on customer needs.
3. To provide customer satisfaction and excellent sales and after sales service.
4. To plan sales activities related to Bancassurance products.
5. To act promptly on sales lead and follow-up activities.
6. To get good knowledge on Bancassurance products and competitors in the market.
7. To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the success of the bank branch.
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field of study.
2. Must have certification in any of the following field :
- PCE (Pre-Contract Exam) and CEILI (Certificate Examination in Investment-Linked Life Insurance OR TBE (Takaful Basic Examination).
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
4. Result oriented, go-getter and passionate in sales.
5. Provide high quality customer service to clients.
