- Follow-up with the agent and customers time to time.
- Good in PR for training existing agent with new knowledge.
- To ensure agent and customer data are updated time to time.
- Experience in the field an agent system and handling agent.
- Good managing agent emotion, motivation and problem.
- Knowledge on planning agent campaign activity.
- Prepare sales report, sales activities to the company.
- Ensure sales target company can be achieved.
- Provide an ideas to improving company sales.
