This position is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a commercial or retail center. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the center\'s activities to ensure its smooth functioning and overall success. Work closely with stakeholders, tenants, and staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain a thriving center environment.

• Lead and supervise the center\'s staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to enhance the center\'s profitability and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
• Manage leasing activities, negotiate agreements, and maintain high occupancy levels.
• Develop and monitor the center\'s budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to devise and implement effective promotional campaigns and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, security measures, and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of the center to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Prepare and present reports on the center\'s performance and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
