Job Description


This position will have the primary responsibility of overseeing and supervising all activities within the Customer Relations & Property Management Department. Their main objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective execution of departmental functions.

  • Provide regular updates on the construction progress to buyers.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and suggestions for improving customer service.
  • Develop feedback and complaint procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver quality service.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Department to address and resolve customer complaints regarding defects.
  • Coordinate the handover of vacant properties to buyers, leading the process of handing over keys.
  • Establish efficient operating procedures for the department\'s day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with service standards.
  • Create and oversee a comprehensive customer loyalty program.
  • Manage the design and implementation of loyalty program features.
  • Execute the loyalty strategy to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Plan and organize community engagement activities and events for residents.
  • Ensure the loyalty program operates effectively and efficiently, including budget management and related expenses.
Working with a High Performing Team|Supportive Leaders and BOD
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property management and customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in forming JMB/MC.
