Role Description We are looking for a Live Streaming Operational Specialist for a full-time hybrid role in Johor Bahru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Live Streaming Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing the operations, production, and sales of our live streaming services. This includes executing live streaming projects from start to finish, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients. Qualifications Analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail to ensure smooth production flow and quality control. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and vendors at all levels. Operations management skills, with the ability to streamline processes, track performance, and optimize resources to ensure profitability and sustainability. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in live streaming production and operations is preferred. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred. Proficient in project management software, video editing software, and social media platforms. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
