Job Description

: Provide operational support for the content creation product features, focusing on creative assets operations of short video and live streaming products in e-commerce setting Bridge between local teams and regional Product Managers to assess live streaming product feature requirements and be responsible for troubleshooting Manage requests from internal stakeholders, support the end-to-end product operations from project planning, execution, to reporting and measuring of performance Ensure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines with good quality. Design solutions for content development to enable distribution of high quality and relevant content to meet creators/streamers and viewers needs from all segments Conduct research, monitor performance for a deeper user understanding and to identify popular content to devise distribution strategies Explore video and live streaming content trends by conducting regular research and analysis on market trends, trending topics, trending effects, etc Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure timely project delivery Participate in the enhancement of the overall feature performance and user experience to drive higher impact Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline, Media/Design/Creative related majors are preferred Minimum 2-3 years of related industry experience in product management, digital content, broadcasting, short video and content creation is highly desirable Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written) Proficiency in English (required) and proficiency in any Southeastern Asian languages (optional) to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations Have a strong interest in short videos and live streaming, knowledge in content creation and multimedia skills such as video shooting and editing Have a good understanding of Southeast Asian local trending culture Have a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment Result-oriented, proactive, and has a strong sense of ownership Robust quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills with strong logical and critical thinking abilities
