To expand our presence on social media, we are looking for an experienced Livestream Operations Specialist. : -Responsible for the company\'s live streaming and video production on YouTube. -Proficient in live streaming technology, able to solve technical problems during the live streaming process, ensuring the stability and smoothness of live streaming. -Responsible for community operations on the live streaming platform, including handling user feedback and complaints, conducting user needs research, and maintaining user relationships. -Analyzing live streaming platform data, developing corresponding operation strategies and plans, monitoring, and evaluating live streaming effects, and writing data analysis reports. -Assisting the company in promoting and publicizing on social media platforms, increasing the platform\'s visibility and influence. -Working closely with other departments of the live streaming platform, coordinating work progress and arrangements to ensure the smooth operation and promotion of the live streaming platform. Job Requirements: -5.5 working days. -Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing. -Diploma, Degree in Mass Communication/ New Media Marketing/ Social Media Marketing, or any relevant fields. -At least 1 year of experience in live stream operations and familiarity with social media platforms, especially YouTube. -We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us. -Proficient in using live streaming software and familiar with video production processes. -Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with other departments and teams. -Ability to develop complementary operation strategies based on data analysis to improve live streaming effectiveness. -Able to handle a certain amount of work pressure and have good time management skills.
