A. Position Overview

We're seeking a

AI Trainer

to support the development of an intelligent, player-facing AI chatbot for a leading US-market game. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming, understands player behavior, and has experience in training AI or NLP systems to deliver immersive and helpful in-game support or interaction..

Key Responsibilities:

Guide AI model training through annotation. Employ data-driven methodology to analyse logs and user feedback to enhance coverage, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction of AI products. Recommend and monitor KPIs and evaluation metrics for AI products. Deliver detailed reports and insightful analysis based on findings. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for newly implemented features. Review and update the knowledge base for chatbot and help centre.

C. Qualifications

Educational Background:

Possess at least Diploma and above, in any field. SPM graduates are also welcome to apply.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience in call centre customer service/ AI/ Chatbot Training is highly preferred. However candidates without relevant experience and but with strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.

Bilingual Communication Skills

- Proficiency in both

English and Malay

, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.

- A proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to a

fast-paced and dynamic

work environment.

Self-Motivated & Independent

- A highly energetic individual who can work autonomously while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,350.00 per month
