Job Title

: AIOps Operations & Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage AIOps platforms (AWP, CMDB, DCIM, Hubble) Monitor system health and ensure high availability across global environments Support overseas users on access, functionality, and incident troubleshooting Lead compliant change management including upgrades and releases Collaborate with HQ and local IT teams to roll out AIOps across international regions Continuously analyze performance data to improve system effectiveness Ensure alignment with IT security and infrastructure teams

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in IT Operations or DevOps Hands-on experience with automation platforms, CMDB, monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus) Strong Linux administration and scripting (Shell, Python) Knowledge of ITSM, incident/change management processes Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent English communication; Mandarin proficiency preferred Ability to coordinate across global teams and act as a communication bridge

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes Familiarity with the ITIL framework Exposure to multinational environments or overseas projects

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

IT Operations or DevOps: 3 years (Required) monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus): 3 years (Required) automation platforms, CMDB: 2 years (Required) Linux administration and scripting (Shell, Python): 3 years (Preferred) ServiceNow, Jira, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes: 3 years (Preferred) ITIL framework: 3 years (Preferred)
