Job Description

• Preferably with experience working as a building/facilities maintenance technician.
• Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required.
• Preferable have professional license or certification in one of the following areas; Electrician, HVAC, Plumber/Pipefitter, Automation/Controls, Machining, Welding.
• Basic knowledge in trouble shooting will be added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia & can understand simple English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guest and doing whatever IT takes to ensure guest\'s satisfaction.
• Inspect all operating systems and components of the property to ensure they are operating properly.
• Promptly respond to front desk reports of guests problems or concerns, updates the front desk when issue(s) rectified.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or makes recommendations for repairs, of all building components and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Advises if external contractor is needed.
• Understands and applies all properties safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guest.
• Remain ON-CALL as scheduled to respond to emergency guest\'s and property issues that may arise after working hours.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so that prompt corrective action can be taken.
• House keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
