Job Description

• Having at least 2 years experiences in Production Technician or related field
• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Achieve minimum SPM certificates

• Able to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

• Having ability to analyze test results and performance data to identify patterns or issues and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Identifying and resolving technical issues with products through diagnostic tests and problem- solving.
• Maintaining detailed records of product testing results, troubleshooting procedures, and any modifications made.
• Providing training and guidance to junior technicians or staff members on product testing procedures and best practices.
• Working closely with product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensuring that products meet quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of product testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Preparing and presenting reports on product testing results, issues identified, and recommendations for improvements to management or relevant stakeholders
