[Normal Working Hour] Airline Customer Service (Cantonese Speaker) (August Intake)

  • Must be able to converse fluently using Cantonese and English
  • Must be able to read & writeTraditional Mandarin word and English
  • Normal Working Hour : 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Working Day : Monday to Friday
  • Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
  • Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience
  • Welcome to apply without work experience
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
  • To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
