Requirements
- Must be able to converse fluently using Cantonese and English
- Must be able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word and English
- Normal Working Hour : 9 AM to 6 PM
- Working Day : Monday to Friday
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience
- Welcome to apply without work experience
- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
