Repair and maintain guest room facilities, lights, furniture, and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
Liaise with the contractors on scheduled maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Report all defects to Operations Manager for further rectification if needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
