Airport Hotel Operations Manager
Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations of the hotel across Front Office, Housekeeping, Lounge and Kitchen. Ensuring that the daily sales, ADR and occupancy objectives are achieved. Work with the rest of the management team in creating and executing SOP\'s, training, marketing and sales initiatives. Managing inventory of consumables in all departments and ensure that stocks are replenished on time and wastages are at the level set. Maintain the hotel\'s NPS score as well as customer satisfaction scores across all OTA and online platforms. Deliver unreasonable hospitality. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in the same or higher role in a hospitality establishment to be shortlisted. Familiarity with industry software and systems, such as hotel property management software (PMS) and revenue management software (RMS), is also beneficial.
