Regional Retail Operations Manager (northern And East Coast)
Job Description
This position is for an international retail brand.
They are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Regional Manager, with 4 District Managers reporting to this person, with about 70 store managers under the region, to oversee daily operations for the retail store, manage white collar and blue-collar employees, and ensure that customer service and operational standards are met. The Retail Operations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
Northern & East Coast Region coverage: Penang, Perak, Perlis, Kedah, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu
Responsibilities
- Achieve Operation Objectives
- Driving KPI\'s & Profitability
- Work Closely With Area Managers
- Coach Sales Team in driving the business
- Support Store Expansion Plans
- Business Analysis & Presentations
- People Management & Development
- Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies
- Implement Strategic Marketing Plans
- Regular Store visits around districts
- Minimum Diploma
- More than 8 years\' experience in retail industry
- More than 5 years\' experience at managerial level
- Able to travel and possess own transport
- Unit per transaction (UPT)
- Sales Turnover (TO)
- Conversion rate (CR) - footfalls/ traffic
- Average Ticket Value (ATV)
- Average sales per hour (ASP)
