Responsibilities:
• Provide sales support services for cloud related products
• Conduct sales calls with customers over telephone and emails with the aim of giving customers top notch service experience
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions with targets on costumer renewal rates.
• Improve customer service standards overall
• Generating leads for outside sales team to follow up with.
• Perform Key Account management on existing accounts .
• Understand customer’s business and needs to provide the right solutions suited for the customer.
• Meeting and exceeding set goals and KPI’s.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Speaking, Reading & Writing is a must.
• Executives specialised in sales for at least 1 year.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Process oriented
• Fast learner with strong interests in public cloud products and technologies.
• Candidate must will to work at Bayan Baru, Penang.
