Job Description

• Experience in sales and revenue management, with knowledge of revenue management systems being a plus.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively and drive projects forward in a hospitality setting.
• Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change.
• Strong strategic mindset, results-oriented, and focused on achieving goals.
• Skill in identifying opportunities and securing deals in airport-related sectors to outpace competitors.
• Bachelor\'s degree with relevant experience of 2-3 years, in marketing, agency, or corporate.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management - core airport ecosystem partnerships, predominantly airport lounge operators and may include expanded inventory partners.
• New Business Development - Identify, prospect, negotiate, and secure new commercial partnerships to expand and enhance the airport experiences network.
• Commercial Negotiation - Ensure optimal commercial terms for new strategic partnerships while strengthening and leveraging existing relationships.
• Contract Management - Ensure preferential contractual terms are secured, reflecting the global scale of the business.
• Analysis and Reporting - Analyze and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights into growth potential.
• Marketing Collaboration - Work with the marketing team to ensure partners receive maximum exposure through various channels and contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans across the travel platform and airport ecosystem.
