Job Description

As a Logistics Analyst in the Global Logistics organization, you will be responsible for driving excellence in the logistics operations leveraging on sound logistics best-practice and workflow automation. Responsible for logistics operations and work with logistics service providers for any inbound and outbound related matters. Support LMW and trade compliance by working with customs broker and government authorities. Responsible for proper maintenance of records or documents to meet LMW or government requirements. Responsible for continuous improvement projects in the logistics function. Collect and analyze logistics data for dashboard reporting. Work with internal stakeholders to understand the as-is process and gather requirements to translate into improvement projects. Work on workflow automation for digitalization and data automation. Develop and deliver training to internal or external stakeholders with regards to project implementation or business process changes. Develop and maintain work instruction and SOP for logistics function. Be part of the global project team as per assignment. Support internal/external audits as necessary. Qualifications Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Data Analytics/IT or relevant field of study. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics function i.e shipping or import/export in manufacturing environment is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate to internal and external stake holders. Strong leadership and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic working environment. Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Motivated and result-oriented, able to work independently and in team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is a must. Knowledge in VBA, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate is a plus. Knowledge in Malaysia Customs and/or LMW requirements is a plus. Knowledge in ERP applications such as SAP/Oracle is a plus.
