The staff will play a major role in providing support to the main ERP (D365) application, BeSpoke and other applications and deployment team. He/she will also perform first line application support, application diagnostics and technical services.
End User Support, SIT/UAT and Troubleshooting
Provide day to day support on MS Dynamics D365/BeSpoke or others application
First line support to BeSpoke/ MS Dynamics D365 and internally developed apps.
Conduct unit testing during projects or system enahancements
Work with users in the UAT and obtain signoff prior to final deployment into production servers.
Develop user guide
Project Implementation
* Support and assist the implementation and rollout of idsMED applications in accordance with agreed priorities and deadlines.
