As a Customer/Technical Training Analyst, you will delivering, designing, authoring or editing advanced level e-learning, web-based, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences.You will:Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.Deliver and design innovative methodologies to keep learners engaged in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Adobe ConnectWorks on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisionsPartners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needsTake the first step towards your dream career
