What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve
As a Merchandising Analyst, you will define and execute a technical plan to support multiple product lines, utilizing market analysis to craft assortment and pricing strategy. You will drive the top and bottom line, optimizing all aspects of the portfolio P&L by delivering smart assortment, creating continual channel improvements and delivering the best customer experience.

You will:

• Applies a thoughtful combination of marketing levers (price, positioning, and promotion) to drive, sell-in and ensure sell-through, enabling smooth inventory transitions and migrating excess supply
• Uses customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage/segmentation and competitive analysis to inform assortment decisions and enhancements
• Collaborates with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives
• Works closely with marketing to launch products and ensure their adoption
• Coordinates with the product team to manage technology transitions by platform and/or product line \xe2\x80\x8b

Essential Requirements

• Fresh graduates from Business, Marketing or any related background, able to join by Feb/Mar 2024
• Ability to learn retail industry and product lines
• Good attention to detail and analytic ability
• Outstanding communication skills (English) and the ability to maximize relationships, positively influencing all colleagues and partners

Desirable Requirements

• Being well-versed in analytical tools (Power BI, Excel) will be an added advantage
