Join our diverse and motivated team to hone your creativity as well as implement new initiatives within a nurturing, equal opportunity environment!Reporting to the Manager - HR Operations, you will be responsible for:Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for a full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.\xe2\x97\x8f Perform payroll trending and data analysis.\xe2\x97\x8f Generate Payroll report and other payroll related reports for internal and external submission.\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance with all statutory requirements.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure the preparation of annual tax reporting is accurate and timely.\xe2\x97\x8f Perform posting to finance payroll related entries and ensure the postings are charged correctly.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits.\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.Qualifications:\xe2\x97\x8f Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource, Mathematics or accounting preferred\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with Malaysia payroll and labour regulations for both retail & corporate functions.\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.\xe2\x97\x8f Able to analyze payroll issues and provide corrective action.\xe2\x97\x8f High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the payroll data and results.\xe2\x97\x8f Meticulous and good analytical skill.\xe2\x97\x8f A team player with a pleasant personality, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently.
