HR Shared Service Setup and Transition
a. Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations.
b. Support the definition HR Service Level Agreement (SLA)
c. Implement and support HR Shared Services supporting tools and technologies
d. Define strategies to support hiring plan for HR Shared Service setup
e. Manage relevant stakeholders during the setup and transition period2. HR Shared Service Operations Management
a. Ensuring delivery of services in accordance with agreed performance levels (KPI) and in line with legal/regulations (compliance), continuously driving improvement activities/projects (simplification, standardization, automation) for service excellence.
b. Ensure payroll operations complies with relevant laws and internal policies.
c. Keep abreast with relevant regulations/legislation and work closely with the Regional Operations Center (ROC) to understand the impacts of the regulation / legislation changes to HR operations and payroll processing.
d. Manage the performance and relationship with the payroll outsourced vendors to ensure the services is delivered as per the service level agreement.
e. Review payroll verification reports and provide approvals for the payroll results.
d. Provide ongoing coaching, direction and professional development to the payroll team.
e. Lead the team in resolving complex issues that arise.
f. Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery including participation in the service review meetings with clients if required.
g. Identify and develop relevant service performance measures for the team to improve quality of services delivery.
h. Identify and implement process improvements initiatives including identifying technology opportunities to optimise processes.
i. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc).3. Operations Excellence
a. Ensure compliance of service delivery with respective country legislative requirements
b. Continuously seek improvements and innovate HR solutions to achieve service efficiency and quality
c. Effective and timely issue management ensuring all stakeholders are well informed/consulted, risks contained and long term solutions put in placeAre you a MATCH?The successful candidate should have:0 - 2 years of payroll operations experience. Experience in a shared services environment or large organisations will be an advantage.Experience is liaising with outsourced payroll providers and country authorities.Experience in processing payroll and end-to-end payroll activities.Experience with APAC countries payroll and labour regulations.Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
