The ideal candidate will excel in proposal development, stakeholder collaboration, risk assessment, and process improvement, while possessing strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Key Responsibilities:Proposal Development and Management:Drive the creation of winning solutions and proposals for clientsManage the end-to-end proposal process, including strategy development, timeline creation, and resource allocationDevelop clear, articulate, and competitive value propositionsIdentify, capture, and develop winning themesEnsure adherence to all bid processes and documentation standardsStakeholder Collaboration:Partner with Country Sales Leads and other Solutions & Proposals team membersCoordinate cross-functional teams to build comprehensive solutions, including staffing models, savings projections, and technology offeringsWork with creative teams to enhance the visual impact of tender responses and presentationsAnalysis and Risk Assessment:Conduct market and competitive analysis to differentiate JLL\'s proposalsAssess financial and operational risks for JLLEvaluate the alignment of proposed solutions with commercial modelsIdentify and address potential risks or gaps in responses and solutionsQuality Control and Process Improvement:Ensure high-quality, customer-focused tender responses within allocated timeframesConduct formatting, proofreading, and copy-checkingIdentify and implement bid/proposal process improvements and best practicesMonitor and highlight continuous improvement opportunitiesGlobal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:Participate in the wider Solutions & Proposal Team across the globeChampion proposal best practices and facilitate knowledge exchangeWork closely with the Asia Pacific Bid COE team to maintain the bid library and other relevant business development collateralRequired Skills and Qualifications:Excellent organizational and time management skillsHigh proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation softwareStrong command of written and spoken EnglishAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAnalytical mindset with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in proposal writing and bid management (preferably in the real estate or facilities management industry)Understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and/or Project Management solutions (preferred)This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to JLL\'s growth in the Malaysian market while collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
