This role Reports to: Quality & Technical Services Manager
What would be the responsibilities for this role?

-Maintain a full understanding and compliance with Colgate Quality Standard governing the analytical laboratory and incoming materials compliance system

-Ensure all testing and releasing are performed according to corporate methods, policy and adheres to specification including set up and administration of a laboratory quality assurance system that covers method and material qualification as well as equipment Installation Qualification /Operational Qualification /Performance Qualification, calibration & maintenance

-Review process capability and performance study such as Cpk/Ppk and interpretation as part of process improvements with the teams

-Ensure specification of raw and packaging materials are maintained and properly documented, monitor, analyze and review the trends of incoming materials quality to drive quality initiatives

-Lead the non-conformance investigation with internal and external stakeholders and follow up on effective closure

-Maintain laboratory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, developing and training to ensure consistent performance with right skill and competency

-Assist in developing and implementing sampling plans, testing programs and training needs based on Process Validation requirements

-Maintain the inventory of chemicals/reagents & other accessories required for the analytical analysis and monitor/ control the lab expenditure

-Ensure lab documentation and records are traceable, controlled, maintained and updated on a regular basis and in compliance with data integrity

-Participate in internal audits and external audits (contract manufacturers & labs, suppliers, etc.)

-Perform other duties as assigned

What does the ideal candidate profile look like?

-Minimum Bachelor degree in Science related

-Proven capabilities with 6 to 8 years\' experience in the manufacturing industry

-Solid understanding of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

-Laboratory and Quality mastery such as Laboratory Information Management System and SAP Quality Management.

-Team management and coaching/mentoring skills
