BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR AN ANALYTICS EXECUTIVE SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Management FUNCTION: Marketing SALARY RANGE: Basic + Excellent Benefits + Bonus LOCATION: Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES The Analytics Executive will be responsible to support the Commercial Analytics Manager in activating the capability in GBS. The incumbent is expected to build use case analysis and analytics solutions to be implemented across all functions across the region while developing the roadmap and driving the delivery of these projects from a PM perspective. Reports To: APME Marketing Transformation Manager Reporting Level: Management Geographic Scope: APME
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Provide consultation and recommendation to develop analytics solutions and GBS delivery structure

• Play the role of consultant in expanding the analytics capability beyond Marketing and Finance

• Prepare roadmaps and implementation plans to activate the analytics capability as a part of the BI Capability activations

• Maintain internal processes and quality standards documentation to ensure process controls and audits are up to date and aligned to BAT standards

• Effectively manage stringent project timelines for a fast-paced business environment through iterative product build addressing commercial business needs

• Timely escalations and communications of RAIDs with senior stakeholders to ensure project delivery is not compromised

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree or Masters in relevant fields, Data Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field.
• 1-2 years prior experience within a similar role of analytics and insights
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Strong Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Resourceful Mindset
• In depth understanding and knowledge on Data Structure, Modelling, and Architecture
• Comfortable with numbers and good analytical sense
• Experience in developing product using agile methodologies and ways of working
• Project management capabilities in managing large projects
• Good Communicator
• Attitude to continually learn
