We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team to drive the development and improvement of our internal tools and system. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and play a crucial role in driving success of a range of products. Our products are digital platforms & solutions within the realm of analytics. You will be responsible for leading the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch to continuous evolution of the platform. Strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills will be key in defining and executing our product vision.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy and vision aligned with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with a variety of customer groups and partners to understand their problems, capture requirements, and find opportunities for improvement.
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Product Development: Work with developers, designers, customers lead and other internal partners to create and refine user stories, wireframes, and prototypes. Guide the development process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of internal products.
• User-Centric Approach: Collaborate with design leads to conduct user research, collect feedback, and apply usability testing to enhance product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful adoption of new or improved internal products within the organization. Provide training and support to users during implementation and post-launch.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key product metrics, analyse data, and generate insights to identify areas of improvement and drive product optimization.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and internal process improvements. Proactively find opportunities to enhance internal products and systems.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Key Requirements:

• You have Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent).
• Experience as a Product Manager in digital platforms especially in Analytics/Data Science or Business Intelligence or a similar role, with a successful record of launching, managing & continuously delivering value on successful products.
• Experience or capability of driving & leading digital projects, platforms & products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate sophisticated concepts into actionable product plans.
• Excellent strategic thinking to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools is highly desirable.
• Leadership abilities and a consistent record of effectively leading and mentoring teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience to Atlassian/Project Management tools I.e. Jira and Confluence
• Understanding in web development, data science and UI/UX/design
• Understanding of technology and software development processes, including familiarity with coding languages, databases, APIs, and integration methods.
