Andrologist / Clinic Coordinator (Female ONLY) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To provide high standards of patient-centered care and explanations of available infertility treatment/a (IUI, IVF etc) 2. To provide moral support to patients. 3. To ensure effective communication within the department on matters related to patient care, services delivery. 4. To perform maintenance of patient\'s record and documentation. 5. To update patient\'s follow up. 6. To assist doctors in explaining ART procedures and coststo patients, monitoring of ovarian stimulation and luteal phase supports given to patients. 7. To answer inquiries. 8. To monitor IVF payment collection. 9. To liaise with the multi-disciplinary team comprising of doctors and nurses in the care of patients. 10. To perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. 11. To assist with day to day operations of the Clinic / Centre 12. To perform Semen Analysis, Washing etc as per request SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: 1. MUST be able to converse WELL in ENGLISH and BM. MANDARIN and other dialects will be an added advantage. 2. Must possess minimum Diploma in Medical Lab Tech / Health Sciences or equivalent. 3. No experience is required but training will be provided. Training will be conducted in KLANG, SELANGOR. 4. PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with good typing skills. 5. Able to travel (own transport) occasionally. WE PREFER KELANTANESE CANDIDATES WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN SELANGOR BUT PLANNING TO RELOCATE BACK OR MOVE TO KELANTAN. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
