The Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Officer will be responsible for supporting the overall management of ABAC risk in our South East Asia & Taiwan business. We are looking for an experienced compliance specialist with direct experience in anti-bribery and anti-corruption, third party risk management, investigations, due diligence and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast moving environment and also collaborate with cross functional teams across the South East Asia Taiwan region. Position Summary Have a deep understanding of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (\'FCPA\') and the UK Bribery Act, as well as other applicable ABAC rules and guidelines (e.g. healthcare codes, Sunshine Act, PCA, Vietnam Anti-corruption law etc. ) Have experience with ABAC third party risk management, such as vendors, distributors and customers Understand the risk from providing meals/gifts/entertainment to customers and review sponsorships for marketing, charitable and research purposes Provide risk based training on ABAC Compliance to raise awareness of ABAC risks and how to mitigate them Enhance current ABAC controls and lead the development and implementation of additional controls Experience with conducting investigations on violations of internal policies Coordinate with other control functions: legal, finance, HR, internal audit etc. Prepare annual report for key stakeholders and draft communications on key risk areas Conduct due diligence on third parties Update ABAC policies, procedures, and training modules (online and live) Key Requirements 3 years of anti-bribery/ anti-corruption experience A bachelor\'s Degree Strong project management, and written and oral presentation skills A demonstrated ability to analyze data, produce metrics, and present to key partners Experience with change management Benefits We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
