Role and Responsibilities
Job Summary As an AOG Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the execution and follow up of the AOGs interaction with CAE\xe2\x80\x99s customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the repair order cycle (from opening a repair request to the point it closes) is completed on the shortest time possible. You will also ensure the smooth running of shipping and repair execution by identifying business needs. Your Challenges

• Act as 1st line response to customer calls and communicate efficiently with key internal stakeholders
• Keep and follow up on all AOG shipments, where they are at and a \xe2\x80\x9cfollow up\xe2\x80\x9d date to make sure nothing is forgotten at any point.
• Keep track of parts being repaired.
• Keep CAE Exchange ledger of up to date with customer transactions
• Document AOGs and associated records to reflect latest status
• Enter detailed comments of an AOG status on the repair order file.
• Organize AOG shipments from our global depot worldwide locations.
• Selecting the shortest transit from our Global Depot to customer\xe2\x80\x99s site.
• Creation of shipping documents (Commercial Invoice) and retrieving AWB and tracking information from freight forwarders.

Your Strengths

• Great communicator and high tolerance to stress
• Great understanding of Incoterms.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics.
• Good knowledge of work methodologies related to manufacturing activities and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Ability to manage many constantly changing activities and priorities.
• Dynamic, creative, focused on quality and results, enthusiastic and autonomous.
• Strong analytical mind.
• Dynamism, sense of responsibility and boundless energy.
• Knowledge of Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Knowledge of the Oracle ERP environment.
• Positive mindset
