Job Description

The AP System Analyst - Mandarin Speaker provides comprehensive support for financial systems, facilitates operational improvements, develops training materials, and collaborates with various teams to enhance processes and implement new technologies.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for systems.
• Create and maintain support documentation (SOPs, training materials).
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead discussions on developments and manage JIRA stories.
• Assist with daily financial operations (answering queries, troubleshooting).
• Support and promote operational changes (systems, processes, organization).
• Help with system rollouts and train key users in operations/business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners.
• Collaborate with P&I teams across business areas.
• Assist with robotic process automation (mapping, communication, promotion).
• Develop and update training materials for newcomers.
• Promote LEAN methodology for process improvements.
• Support adaptation to modern technologies (Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
• Share knowledge and information within the team and across hubs.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
• Participate in and lead global or FSC-related projects.
• Support new systems under P&I responsibilities.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines in all activities.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning workplace and equipment.
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills.
• Suggest improvements for processes and procedures.
• Comply with internal and applicable regulations.

• At least Degree / Advanced/Higher in Finance/Accountancy
• Minimum 1 year working experience in AP
• Shared service industry and SAP experience is required
• Good command of both oral and written in Mandarin and English are required as you will be supporting mandarin speaker region
