About Our Client

• Oversee the Shared Service AP Section
• Supervise and provides guidance to drive prompt resolution of AP Finance associates or Senior Fin associates in the execution of their responsibilities
• Responsible for full spectrum of AP and related treasury function including Creditors control.
• Prepare and delivers periodic reporting on AP
• Contact and provide timely updates to vendors and employees on settlement of outstanding based on defined payables processes and in line with Fugro standard best practice strategies.
• Initiate regular P2P meeting and ensure various workstreams of invoices processing to payment are aligned
• Cashflow management.
• Establishes, communicates, and manages key performance indicators and targets for DPO and working capital
• Continuously looks for improvements in the P2P process
• Ad hoc projects being assigned from time to time
• Standardizing working process across entities
• Creating and tracking KPIs for the team

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma / Degree in Finance
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience and experience leading a team
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Excellent English language and communication skills
• Competencies: accurate, initiative, organized, persistent result oriented, service minded, team player.
• Shared service and ERP experience in IFS
